This role offers the opportunity for a Sales Manager / Head of Sales to drive new business growth across Europe, with a focus on Poland, the Baltic States, and the UK. The successful candidate will lead strategic and operational sales activity, develop new client relationships, build pipeline, and close business opportunities within a fast-paced outbound sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth 
  • Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across Europe 
  • Manage and expand the customer portfolio 
  • Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, Teams meetings, and in-person visits 
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements 
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships 
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe 
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions 
  • Support expansion into new markets including Poland, the Baltic States, and the UK


Skills/Must Have:

  • Proven experience within a hunting/new business sales role 
  • Strong background in telecommunications or related industries 
  • Experience within satellite communications, LTE, fibre/fiberglass, radio communications, renewable energy, offshore/onshore, or oil & gas sectors 
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills 
  • Technical understanding of satellite communications 
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across Europe 
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to sales 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English Speaking)
