This role offers the opportunity for a Sales Manager / Head of Sales to drive new business growth across Europe, with a focus on Poland, the Baltic States, and the UK. The successful candidate will lead strategic and operational sales activity, develop new client relationships, build pipeline, and close business opportunities within a fast-paced outbound sales environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across Europe
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio
- Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, Teams meetings, and in-person visits
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows across Europe
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Support expansion into new markets including Poland, the Baltic States, and the UK
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience within a hunting/new business sales role
- Strong background in telecommunications or related industries
- Experience within satellite communications, LTE, fibre/fiberglass, radio communications, renewable energy, offshore/onshore, or oil & gas sectors
- Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills
- Technical understanding of satellite communications
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Europe
- Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English Speaking)
