Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise sales operations across data center and mission-critical projects
- Support business development teams in managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and performance tracking
- Coordinate commercial processes from early engagement through to contract execution
- Work closely with leadership on sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives
