Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development (Hunting):
    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target industries and regions.
    • Prospect and engage with key stakeholders — CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers, and Procurement leaders.
    • Present and position cybersecurity solutions spanning:
    • Data Protection, Backup & Restore (Dell)
    • Identity Management
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Identity Governance
    • Email Security
    • Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
    • Work closely with marketing to drive outbound campaigns, lead generation, and event follow-ups.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Account Management (Farming):
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our cybersecurity portfolio.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients are fully supported and informed about product enhancements and emerging security solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Sales Operations & Collaboration:
    • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM.
    • Contribute to sales strategy development and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscapes.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Sales, SDR, or Business Development, ideally within Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or SaaS.
  • Proven success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, particularly:
  • Data Backup & Recovery
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM / PAM / IGA)
  • Email Security
  • Threat Detection & Response (MDR / SOC)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
