The company is currently on the lookout for a Security Service Specialist to support a major hyperscale data centre campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will service, troubleshoot, and maintain critical security infrastructure across access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems, responding to live service tickets and supporting installation teams across Cheyenne and Northern Colorado when required. Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot and maintain electronic security systems across a major hyperscale data center campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Lenel access control, DMP intrusion detection and CCTV/video surveillance systems
• Respond to scheduled maintenance, reactive service tickets and emergency callouts within required customer response times
• Perform system programming, fault diagnosis, component replacement and corrective maintenance to restore system functionality
• Support installation teams on security projects across Cheyenne, Fort Collins, Greeley and surrounding areas when service demand allows
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance documentation and customer records
• Participate in an on-call rotation, supporting time-sensitive security incidents within a highly secure mission-critical environment

Skills/Must have:

• 5–7 years' experience servicing, troubleshooting and programming commercial electronic security systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Lenel access control systems
• Strong working knowledge of DMP intrusion detection systems, including programming and fault diagnosis
• Experience with CCTV/video surveillance systems, ideally Milestone, Genetec or similar platforms
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Comfortable working in highly secure environments, responding to emergency callouts and participating in an on-call rotation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Cheyenne and Northern Colorado, ideally based in Cheyenne, Fort Collins or Greeley

Salary:

• Up to $93,000 Basic Salary
