Senior BMS Service Engineer - Construction

A fast-growing BMS specialist based in Essex is looking to hire two BMS Service Engineers, including one at senior level, to support new service contracts and reduce travel demands for the London team.

With a strong track record in delivering high-quality building automation projects across London and the South East, the company is known for its engineering-first culture and commitment to sustainable, efficient building systems. These roles will primarily focus on sites from West London to Reading, supporting planned maintenance, reactive service, system optimisation, and minor works upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily service and maintenance on BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Distech)
• Diagnosing and fixing issues across client sites (primarily West London)
• Programming/configuring controllers and supporting on small works
• Occasional commissioning and involvement in upgrade projects
• Working closely with a dedicated scheduler — full weeks planned for you
• Callouts are minimal, and there's no formal on-call rotation

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience with BMS (Trend or Siemens essential)
• Confident in HVAC controls and automation
• Comfortable with Modbus, BACnet, or similar integration
• Bonus: Tridium, Distech, Niagara
