Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire large, international engineering organizations (1,000+ professionals)
• Own and define end-to-end OSS architecture strategy within a telecom environment
• Drive cloud-native transformation using Kubernetes, microservices, and modern architectures
• Establish and scale CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE practices across the organization
• Partner with executive leadership to guide technical decision-making and long-term strategy
• Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and resilience of OSS platforms
• Influence innovation in areas such as AI-driven OSS and automation

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven leadership of large-scale, global teams (1,000+ employees)
• Deep expertise in end-to-end OSS architecture within the telecom industry
• Strong background in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, microservices)
• Extensive experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE at enterprise scale
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English (both required)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML-driven OSS applications
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance frameworks
• Familiarity with telecom standards (TMF, 3GPP – including 5G/6G, ITU-T)

Salary:

• €220,000 (Fixed €176,000 + Bonus €44,000)
