This is a great opportunity for a Senior DevOps and Integration Engineer to build the Kubernetes operators, Terraform providers, Helm charts, and integration plugins that customers deploy directly into their own environments. The ideal candidate will maintain and evolve the Terraform provider, build and enhance Kubernetes operators and Helm charts, and design new integration plugins for emerging technologies and partner platforms. This is a hands-on role within a small, senior engineering team where technical decisions have direct, visible impact.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be developing and maintaining integrations across multiple platforms and technologies that power modern AI infrastructure and cloud networking
  • You will be building and enhancing Kubernetes operators, Helm charts, and custom plugins deployed in customer environments
  • You will be maintaining and evolving the Terraform provider and modules
  • You will be designing and implementing new integration plugins for emerging technologies and partner platforms
  • You will be creating packages, scripts, and deployment artefacts that customers install and operate in their own infrastructure
  • You will be writing high-quality, maintainable code across operators, providers, and integration plugins
  • You will be collaborating with customers and partners to identify integration requirements and deliver seamless user experiences
  • You will be researching and prototyping integrations with new technologies and platforms and providing technical expertise for integration deployments and troubleshooting


Skills / Must Have:

  • Expert-level Linux administration including deep understanding of system internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Advanced Kubernetes knowledge across cluster management, operators, custom resources, Helm charts, and networking
  • Strong networking fundamentals across TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancing, and network troubleshooting
  • Software engineering proficiency across multiple languages including Go, Python, and Bash
  • Infrastructure as Code experience including Terraform provider development, Ansible, or similar tooling
  • Container orchestration experience across Docker, Kubernetes controllers, and container networking
  • API development experience across REST and gRPC
  • 5+ years in platform engineering, integration development, or infrastructure tooling
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Kubernetes operators and controllers
  • Experience developing and maintaining Terraform providers and complex codebases
  • Strong problem-solving skills across diverse technology stacks and integration patterns


Desirable Skills:

  • Background in Terraform provider development and HCL
  • Experience developing Kubernetes operators using operator-sdk
  • Exposure to CloudStack, OpenStack, or other cloud orchestration platforms
  • Experience with Helm chart development and packaging
  • Knowledge of controller patterns and custom resource definitions
  • Background in network automation and SDN technologies
  • Experience across multiple cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
