The organization is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Administrator to lead the design, security and long-term strategy of its enterprise IT infrastructure. This is a senior hands-on technical role combining architecture, leadership and operational ownership across Microsoft, virtualization, networking and security technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and strategy for Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID and identity management initiatives.
- Design and maintain Linux server standards and security baselines.
- Develop Cisco network architecture, routing, switching and segmentation strategies.
- Manage Ubiquiti network infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Lead network security initiatives including firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust and MFA.
- Design and maintain Hyper-V and Proxmox virtualization environments.
- Drive vulnerability management, patching and infrastructure security.
- Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Mentor and support junior infrastructure team members.
- Manage core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP and monitoring platforms.
- Oversee endpoint management, Microsoft Intune and security tooling.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams and technical standards.
- Partner with IT leadership on budgeting, vendor management and technology roadmaps.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure, systems or network administration experience.
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure AD.
- Hands-on Cisco networking experience.
- Experience with Ubiquiti networking solutions.
- Strong virtualization experience with Hyper-V, Proxmox or VMware.
- Linux administration experience.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls and vulnerability management.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- PowerShell or Bash scripting.
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam.
- AWS or Google Cloud experience.
- SQL, Oracle or ERP application support.
- Cisco CCNP or Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Security+ or Linux+ certifications.
- Previous experience leading a small infrastructure team.
