The organization is currently on the lookout for a Senior IT Operations Data Pipeline Specialist to act as a senior subject matter expert, translating designs and customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Responsibilities:
- Translate technical designs into working solutions and implementation plans
- Create and maintain rollout instructions for technical solutions
- Act as a senior subject matter expert and escalation point for third-line technical queries
- Design tactical solutions based on customer requirements
- Develop solutions relating to integrations, migrations, security and system performance
- Translate customer needs and requirements into technical requirements and solutions
- Design and write technical solutions and programs
- Support the development of IT Operations Data Pipeline and DevOps environments
- Work with automation, APIs, CI/CD and modern infrastructure technologies
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Take initiative and independently identify opportunities for technical improvements
Skills/Must Have:
- 6–8 years of IT experience
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
- Strong demonstrable affinity with ICT and technology
- Dutch nationality and a valid Dutch passport
- Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
- Ability to design and document technical solutions
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements and solutions
- Ability to quickly learn new programming languages, technologies and techniques
- Experience with PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to take initiative and make decisions
- Self-reliant and able to work independently while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Service-oriented approach with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong team-working skills
- Performance-driven and comfortable working with challenging technical requirements
- Willingness to maintain and expand relevant technical certifications
- Experience or knowledge of Kubernetes
