Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers through Proof of Concept (POC) environments and sandbox deployments
  • Design and implement Data Centre networking solutions from scratch (servers, switches, routers)
  • Support customers building next-generation “neo-cloud” and AI-driven environments
  • Work closely with Sales during technical validation stages post-POC handover
  • Deliver remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack
  • Collaborate with hardware and software implementation teams where required
  • Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
  • Own 2–3 customer accounts at a time, acting as their primary technical contact


Skills/Must have:

  • Strong prior experience with Data Centre networking
  • Hands-on experience configuring and designing DC networks from scratch
  • Deep expertise in at least 2 major DC vendor: Cisco, Juniper, or Arista etc
  • Proven experience working with switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
  • Exposure to network automation platforms and modern programmable networking
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model


Desirable skills:

  • Experience with high-performance networking solutions
  • Experience with modern data centre Linux-based network operating systems (Nvidia, Cumulus, Mellanox)
