Keen to join a company that champions growth and development?

Join a fast-growing infrastructure software company backed by a top-tier venture firm, having delivered 800% ARR growth over the past 12 months. The organization has built the leading network automation platform for AI clouds, with 35+ live GPU cluster deployments globally, sitting at the centre of one of the biggest bottlenecks in the largest infrastructure buildout in history.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to move beyond traditional networking and guide customers from proof of concept through to full production on demanding GPU infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will design and implement EVPN/VXLAN datacentre fabrics from scratch, own two to three high-impact customer accounts as their primary technical contact, and support automation and operational readiness using tools like Terraform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role splitting time roughly evenly between implementation and ongoing support.

Ready to take your expertise to the next level? Get in touch today!

Responsibilities:

  • You will be leading customers through proof of concept environments and sandbox deployments, then carrying that relationship through to full production
  • You will be designing and implementing data center networking solutions from scratch across servers, switches, and routers in neocloud and AI-driven environments
  • You will be supporting customers building next-generation GPU infrastructure, working closely with them on EVPN/VXLAN fabric design, automation, and operational readiness
  • You will be working alongside Sales during technical validation stages following POC handover
  • You will be delivering remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack, collaborating with hardware and software implementation teams as needed
  • You will be providing ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
  • You will be splitting your time approximately 50/50 between implementation and support across your customer accounts

Skills / Must Have:

  • Senior level network engineering expertise, CCIE level knowledge or equivalent, certification optional but the skills are mandatory
  • Deep hands-on proficiency in modern datacentre technologies, specifically EVPN/VXLAN fabrics in production environments
  • Strong network automation and infrastructure-as-code experience, with heavy hands-on use of Terraform or equivalent tooling to automate deployments at scale
  • A vendor-agnostic mindset with the ability to work confidently across different networking stacks
  • Proven experience configuring and designing datacentre networks from scratch across switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Linux-based network operating systems and general Linux administration
  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA networking including Mellanox, Cumulus, or Spectrum platforms
  • Previous experience working directly for a networking vendor
  • Background in high-performance networking or modern programmable networking environments

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with bonus potential
  • Remote-first working model within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
  • Ownership of high-impact customer environments from day one
  • Direct exposure to cutting-edge AI and GPU infrastructure projects
  • High autonomy and genuine technical influence in a fast-moving company

Salary:

  • $200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience, with bonus potential
