Responsibilities:

  • Act as the in-house technical authority for API and integration development across the BSS/OSS ecosystem
  • Own the design, build, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integration flows across core platforms
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce Communications Cloud, NetAdmin, Nokia/Adtran systems, billing platforms, and provisioning pipelines
  • Drive the transition from externally managed integrations to a fully in-house, scalable integration capability
  • Establish best practices, ensuring rigour, consistency, and repeatability across all integration work
  • Contribute as a senior member to the CI/CD pipeline, supporting automation and deployment processes
  • Maintain and enforce high standards of integration quality across squads
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of OSS/BSS, Software Solutions Architect, and cross-functional teams
  • Support the development of a robust, long-term internal integration strategy and platform ownership


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in API and integration development within a professional delivery environment, including designing, building, deploying, and managing production-scale integrations
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, including HTTP methods, status codes, JSON/XML payloads, and API design principles, with practical experience consuming and publishing APIs
  • Experience working with integration platforms or middleware (e.g. MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, AWS EventBridge), connecting enterprise systems and maintaining reliable data flows
  • Proven ability in data transformation across multiple formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV within production environments
  • Solid experience with Git-based development, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including automated build, test, deployment processes, and environment promotion
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, and standard connectors (HTTP, SFTP, Database, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0, including complex, multi-step data transformations across diverse formats
  • Knowledge of API lifecycle management, including RAML/OpenAPI specification, versioning, and governance
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce APIs or managing Salesforce-connected workflows
  • Exposure to telecoms, ISP, or alternative network (altnet) BSS/OSS platforms
  • Relevant certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, including webhooks, message queues, and asynchronous processing
