Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and contract administration
- Coordinate with Superintendents, MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance
- Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work complies with company safety, quality, and operational standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that may impact delivery
- Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes
Skills/Must Have:
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience delivering large-scale data center or mission critical construction projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction, MEP systems, and critical infrastructure
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
