The successful candidate will lead the development of the Nordic market, taking ownership of the regional commercial strategy. They will identify new customers, build strategic partnerships, and support organisations in deploying AI infrastructure at scale. Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the commercial strategy across the Nordic region
• Identify and win new AI infrastructure, Neocloud and enterprise customers
• Develop relationships with AI startups, hyperscalers, GPU providers, data centre operators and strategic partners
• Lead the full sales cycle for AI factory and GPU infrastructure opportunities
• Work closely with technical teams to design commercial AI infrastructure solutions
• Grow regional revenue while establishing the company as a leading AI infrastructure partner across the Nordics

Skills/Must have:

• 3+ years' experience selling within AI infrastructure, GPU cloud or the Neocloud market
• Proven track record of opening new markets or building territories from scratch
• Strong understanding of GPU clusters, AI infrastructure and AI compute deployments
• Experience selling complex infrastructure or cloud solutions to enterprise customers
• Able to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy

Salary:

• Up to €120,000 gross per year + bonus + equity.
