They are looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to help strengthen security across AWS, Kubernetes, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure within a highly automated multi-cloud environment. This is a hands-on engineering role, working closely with platform engineering, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams to embed security throughout modern cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security controls across AWS, Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows
• Drive container security initiatives across build, registry and runtime environments
• Support secure-by-design practices across cloud-native platforms and modern application environments
• Implement automated security controls, remediation and policy enforcement
• Work closely with platform engineering and DevOps teams to improve overall security posture
• Support vulnerability management and security tooling across cloud environments
• Contribute towards cloud security standards, frameworks and modern engineering practices

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong AWS security engineering experience
• Hands-on Kubernetes and container security expertise
• Background within DevSecOps or cloud platform engineering environments
• Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery environments
• Strong understanding of container lifecycle security and runtime protection
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Scripting or development capability across Python, Go or similar
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices environments

Desirable Skills:

• EKS security experience
• Container image signing / SBOM exposure
• Experience with SAST, SCA or software supply chain security tooling
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKS)
• AWS Security or cloud security certifications
