Responsibilities:
- Designing and improving highly available Linux infrastructure platforms.
- Building automation, observability, orchestration, and auto-remediation tooling.
- Driving reliability initiatives focused on scalability, resilience, and rapid recovery.
- Troubleshooting complex distributed systems and production infrastructure issues.
- Partnering closely with engineering teams to improve platform performance and operational maturity.
- Mentoring engineers and helping shape infrastructure best practices.
Skills/Must Have:
- 7+ years of senior Linux infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Go or Python.
- Deep understanding of scalable systems, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and automation tooling.
- Experience operating infrastructure across physical, virtualised, and containerised environments.
- Strong operational judgement with the ability to assess technical risk and failure scenarios.
- Comfortable leading incident response and driving long-term reliability improvements.
