Responsibilities:

  • Designing and improving highly available Linux infrastructure platforms.
  • Building automation, observability, orchestration, and auto-remediation tooling.
  • Driving reliability initiatives focused on scalability, resilience, and rapid recovery.
  • Troubleshooting complex distributed systems and production infrastructure issues.
  • Partnering closely with engineering teams to improve platform performance and operational maturity.
  • Mentoring engineers and helping shape infrastructure best practices.


Skills/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of senior Linux infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Go or Python.
  • Deep understanding of scalable systems, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and automation tooling.
  • Experience operating infrastructure across physical, virtualised, and containerised environments.
  • Strong operational judgement with the ability to assess technical risk and failure scenarios.
  • Comfortable leading incident response and driving long-term reliability improvements.
