Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support IAM solutions for enterprise customers.
- Implement and manage identity platforms including Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and similar technologies.
- Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and Identity Governance solutions.
- Integrate IAM platforms with cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and custom applications.
- Assist customers with identity modernization, Zero Trust initiatives, and access management strategies.
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and develop solution recommendations.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues across complex environments.
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales engagements by providing technical expertise and solution guidance.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, IAM technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, or Security Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as:
- Ping Identity
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- ForgeRock
- CyberArk
- SailPoint
- Saviynt
- One Identity
- Experience implementing and supporting:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP
- User provisioning and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Experience supporting cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working for a VAR, systems integrator, managed services provider, or consulting organization.
- Exposure to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
- Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures and security frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Okta Certified Professional/Administrator
- Ping Identity Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- CISSP
- Security+
- SC-300
