The company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support SMB clients across professional services, finance, and regulated environments. This project-focused role involves end-to-end delivery across customer environments, along with solution design and 3rd line escalation support within a Microsoft-centric infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects end-to-end across M365, Intune, Azure, and security uplift initiatives
  • Own solutions from design through to implementation and handover
  • Support pre-sales with technical design and scoping
  • Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex issues
  • Drive security improvements aligned to the Essential Eight


Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience across Microsoft 365 (Purview, Intune, Entra ID, Defender)
  • Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of Essential Eight in production environments
  • At least one certification: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-200, or SC-300


Location:

  • Sydney (Hybrid, 2–3 days in CBD office)


Salary:

  • Up to $120k + Super
