Responsibilities:

• Own the end to end delivery programme for new data center deployments, from fit out and infrastructure build through hardware deployment, commissioning and operational handover
• Build and manage critical path schedules across construction, power, cooling, networking, hardware deployment and operations teams
• Coordinate internal engineering teams alongside contractors, OEMs and technology partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Manage programme risks, budgets, dependencies, RAID logs, stage gates and executive reporting to keep deployments on schedule
• Lead operational handovers, ensuring acceptance criteria, documentation and punch lists are completed before sites go live
• Develop repeatable deployment standards, playbooks and delivery processes to accelerate future data center expansions

Skills/Must Have:

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure programs across data centers, telecoms, construction or large scale IT deployments
• Strong understanding of the data center lifecycle including fit out, power and cooling commissioning, structured cabling, networking, hardware deployment and operational handover
• Experience building and managing critical path project schedules across multiple parallel workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management experience across engineering, construction, operations, vendors and contractors
• Experience managing project risks, budgets, dependencies and program governance using RAID logs and stage gates
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable Skills:

• Experience delivering AI, HPC or GPU infrastructure deployments
• Knowledge of InfiniBand, Ethernet fabrics, liquid cooling or high density compute environments
• Experience working with hyperscale, cloud or colocation data center providers
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent

Salary:

• Up to €140,000 gross per year 
• Shares scheme
