The organization is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join its growing team. The successful candidate will own service delivery for key enterprise customers, managing infrastructure performance across large-scale AI workloads. Core duties include collaborating with data center, hardware, and networking teams, driving service reliability, and supporting customer infrastructure expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main technical and operational contact for hyperscale customers
• Manage service delivery, SLAs, performance reporting and customer relationships
• Coordinate incident management, root cause analysis and technical escalations
• Work with data center, network and hardware teams to ensure reliable infrastructure operations
• Oversee bare metal deployments, hardware maintenance and capacity expansions
• Lead service reviews and improve operational processes, reliability and response times

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years in technical service delivery, infrastructure operations or technical account management
• Experience managing hyperscale or large enterprise customers
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, data centers or bare metal environments
• Good understanding of networking, server hardware and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience managing SLAs, incidents and technical escalations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• GPU clusters and AI / ML infrastructure experience
• Experience supporting large scale AI compute environments
• Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure scaling
• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers or GPU cloud platforms

Salary:

• up to €110,000 gross per year
