The organisation is seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Sydney to operate in a complex environment where IT infrastructure integrates with operational technology and smart building systems. The role is responsible for end-to-end service performance across integrated platforms, ensuring stability, resilience, and continuous improvement in business-critical environments. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end to end IT service delivery across IT and OT environments
  • Drive SLA and KPI performance and continuous service improvement
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions
  • Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Maintain operational stability across complex hybrid infrastructure
  • Ensure governance and compliance within ITIL aligned frameworks


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in Service Delivery or Service Management roles
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks
  • Experience with enterprise networking technologies including Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
  • Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD WAN, routing, switching, firewall, and VPN
  • Experience operating in hybrid IT environments
  • Ability to manage high pressure incidents and stakeholder communication
