Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end to end IT service delivery across IT and OT environments
- Drive SLA and KPI performance and continuous service improvement
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
- Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions
- Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, vendors, and stakeholders
- Maintain operational stability across complex hybrid infrastructure
- Ensure governance and compliance within ITIL aligned frameworks
Skills/Must have:
- Proven experience in Service Delivery or Service Management roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks
- Experience with enterprise networking technologies including Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
- Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD WAN, routing, switching, firewall, and VPN
- Experience operating in hybrid IT environments
- Ability to manage high pressure incidents and stakeholder communication

Salary:
