Supporting customers ranging from SMBs to enterprise organizations, the role offers exposure to Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support across Microsoft environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated user and infrastructure issues
  • Support multiple customer environments across cloud and on prem technologies
  • Work closely with senior engineers and project teams
  • Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and customer environments


Working setup:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory
  • Intune
  • Entra ID
  • SharePoint
  • Azure
  • Exchange Online
  • Additional exposure to networking, firewalls, wireless technologies and tools such as Datto or Autotask would be highly beneficial.


Skills/Must Have:

  • Previous MSP experience highly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Microsoft cloud environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated to learn and progress technically


Location:

  • Norwest, Sydney (5 days onsite)
