Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support across Microsoft environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated user and infrastructure issues
- Support multiple customer environments across cloud and on prem technologies
- Work closely with senior engineers and project teams
- Exposure to a wide variety of technologies and customer environments
Working setup:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Intune
- Entra ID
- SharePoint
- Azure
- Exchange Online
- Additional exposure to networking, firewalls, wireless technologies and tools such as Datto or Autotask would be highly beneficial.
Skills/Must Have:
- Previous MSP experience highly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft cloud environments
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated to learn and progress technically
Location:
- Norwest, Sydney (5 days onsite)
