This company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide a mix of service desk support and hands-on project delivery, both remotely and on-site. Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support to a varied client base
• Delivering projects both remotely and on site at client locations
• Managing and resolving tickets in line with SLAs
• Building, deploying and maintaining systems for clients
• Supporting end users with clear, professional communication throughout

Skills/Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or MSP environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune and Entra
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+ and Windows 10+
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, email routing
• Understanding of networking technologies including routers and switches
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload independently

Location & Working Pattern:

• Full-time, 5 days per week, Maidenhead
