Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for Defence customers.
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
• Drive ITSM transformation initiatives, including ServiceNow instance consolidation.
• Design and implement Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Mentor developers and conduct technical design and code reviews.
• Lead integration design and support complex solution architecture.
• Participate in governance forums and technical steering boards.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and strategic technical direction.
• Support pre-sales and bid activities where required.
• Work closely with clients through workshops and onsite engagements.

Skills/Must have:

• UK National (No Dual Nationals).
• Eligible for or currently hold SC Security Clearance.
• Strong ServiceNow development background.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Excellent technical design and documentation skills.
• Experience producing HLDs and LLDs.
• Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud ServiceNow environments.
• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical delivery and complex integrations.

Desirable:

• ITOM experience.
• ITSM transformation experience.
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM) experience.
• ITAM experience.
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience.
• Experience working within Defence or secure environments.

Salary:

• £100,000 depending on experience
