The role involves leading the technical evaluation of powered land, build-to-suit developments, and strategic infrastructure opportunities while developing the engineering standards, processes, and technical frameworks that will support the organization's rapid global expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across powered land, build to suit and strategic AI infrastructure opportunities
• Manage engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility and permitting consultants from scope definition through to final recommendations
• Assess technical risks relating to constructability, utilities, fiber, environmental constraints, zoning, entitlements and development feasibility
• Prepare technical reports and present recommendations, risks and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and investment teams
• Partner with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal and Project Development teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Develop due diligence standards, templates, consultant networks and scalable technical review processes across the Americas

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, infrastructure development or large scale industrial projects
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, utilities, permitting, zoning and land development processes
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants on complex infrastructure projects
• Ability to interpret technical studies and translate engineering findings into commercial recommendations and investment decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills:

• Experience supporting hyperscale, AI infrastructure or mission critical data center developments
• Professional Engineer (PE), PMP or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission networks and power markets
• Experience supporting large scale infrastructure acquisition programmes

Salary:

• Up to 272800 SGD gross per year
