This opportunity is for a Site Selection & Colocation Manager to help identify and secure new data center locations while supporting global expansion strategy. The role works across real estate, technical infrastructure, and commercial teams, managing colocation partnerships and large-scale infrastructure growth projects within hyperscale and AI-focused environments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full site selection process for new data center developments and colocation expansions across global markets
- Conduct market analysis around power, fiber, land availability, regulatory requirements and regional risks
- Coordinate technical and environmental due diligence including power, cooling, network connectivity and scalability assessments
- Manage colocation provider relationships including RFPs, contract negotiations, renewals and expansion projects
- Work closely with engineering, construction, finance and legal teams to support project feasibility and delivery timelines
- Assess operational, environmental and geopolitical risks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards
Skills/Must Have:
- 5-8+ years of experience within site selection, colocation, real estate or data center infrastructure
- Strong understanding of data center power, cooling and network infrastructure requirements
- Experience evaluating colocation providers and negotiating contracts or SLAs
- Strong analytical and commercial skills across market analysis, cost modelling and risk assessment
- Ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects across different regions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
Desirable Skills:
- Experience within hyperscale, neocloud or large scale AI infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of utility procurement, substations or renewable energy markets
- Familiarity with GIS tools, risk modelling or capacity planning
- Understanding of permitting processes and environmental regulations
