Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure uptime and reliability across both sites.
- Manage on-site staff, contractors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Report on site performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills/Must have:
- Proven experience managing mission-critical facilities, ideally within data centers or a similar environment.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Fluent in German
