The company is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support critical low-latency trading infrastructure in a high-frequency trading environment, focusing on platform reliability, automation, and observability across large-scale on-premise systems, with strong exposure to high-performance engineering and continuous optimisation. Responsibilities:

• Building and improving internal operational tooling and platform services
• Enhancing monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities
• Working closely with trading, platform, and infrastructure teams
• Driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Supporting high-performance Linux environments and distributed systems
• Participating in architectural discussions and platform improvements

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong SRE, Production Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering background
• Experience working in high-availability, performance-focused environments
• Strong Linux and troubleshooting skills
• Python or Go development experience
• Experience with observability and operational tooling
• Comfortable working closely with highly technical stakeholders
