Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across powered land, build to suit and strategic AI infrastructure opportunities throughout EMEA
• Manage engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility and permitting consultants from initial scoping through to final technical recommendations
• Assess technical risks relating to constructability, utilities, fiber connectivity, environmental constraints, zoning, entitlements and development feasibility
• Prepare technical reports and present recommendations, risks and mitigation strategies to senior leadership and investment stakeholders
• Partner with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering, Energy, Legal and Finance teams throughout the infrastructure acquisition lifecycle
• Develop technical due diligence standards, consultant networks, templates and scalable review processes to support future growth across EMEA

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, infrastructure development or large scale industrial projects
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, utilities, permitting, zoning and infrastructure development across complex projects
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants through feasibility and development studies
• Ability to interpret technical studies and translate engineering findings into commercial recommendations and investment decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills:

• Experience supporting hyperscale, AI infrastructure or mission critical data center developments
• Professional Engineer (PE), PMP or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission networks and European power markets
• Experience supporting large scale infrastructure acquisition or development programs

Salary:

• Up to €130,000 gross per year
