The organization is currently on the lookout for a Field Supervisor/Site Lead to join its rapidly growing data centre team in San Antonio, overseeing onsite specialists, installers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will remain hands-on with the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of electronic security systems while stepping into a leadership role with room to continue developing as the team grows.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee onsite delivery of electronic security projects across hyperscale data centers
• Supervise Security Project Specialists, installers and subcontractors in the field
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
• Oversee installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of security systems
• Ensure installation quality meets project specifications and customer standards
• Identify onsite project risks and communicate issues with the Project Manager
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to field teams
• Support customer training and successful project handover

Skills / Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience within electronic security systems
• Experience supervising technicians, installers or subcontractors onsite
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV/video surveillance and associated security infrastructure
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, testing and troubleshooting security systems
• Experience reading drawings, blueprints and project documentation
• Data center or mission-critical project experience highly desirable
• Experience with Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, C-CURE 9000, Avigilon or similar platforms beneficial
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills

Salary:

• Up to $80,000
