Responsibilities:

  • Support sales with technical solution design
  • Design optical network architectures
  • Deliver demos and technical presentations
  • Assist with solution sizing and proposals
  • Join customer meetings and discussions
  • Support POC and smaller design projects
  • Act as technical advisor during sales cycle


Skills / Must Have:

  • 3+ years optical networking experience
  • Knowledge of DWDM / ROADM / SONET
  • Understanding of fiber transmission principles
  • Experience with optical network design
  • Familiarity with OSPF, BGP or MPLS
  • Exposure to Network Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills
