The company is looking for a senior SOC Transformation and Security Architecture leader to manage presales solution architecture within its cybersecurity practice in Singapore. The role focuses on designing SOC transformation programmes across managed security, detection and response, security analytics, and cloud security. It involves leading a team of architects and working with sales, delivery, and clients to shape and win complex security engagements while driving technical strategy and solution governance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SOC transformation solution architecture and presales capability across Singapore and regional engagements
• Own end to end solution design and technical strategy for SOC modernisation, MDR, and security operations programme
• Partner with sales leadership to shape opportunities, influence qualification, and drive commercial outcomes
• Design enterprise SOC operating models including people, process, and technology integration
• Architect security monitoring and detection solutions across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Lead cloud security integration across hybrid and multi cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Define security automation and orchestration strategies to improve detection efficiency and response maturity
• Support client engagements through SOC maturity assessments, architecture workshops, and solution design sessions
• Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solution frameworks aligned to managed security offerings
• Establish governance, compliance, and security standards for enterprise SOC environments

Requirements:

• 15 plus years of IT experience with at least 10 years in cybersecurity and security architecture
• Strong experience delivering SOC transformation, SIEM implementation, or managed security services programmes
• Deep understanding of SOC operating models, detection engineering, and incident response frameworks
• Proven ability to lead architecture teams in presales or security consulting environments
• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing enterprise security deals
• Experience across cloud security, threat detection, and security operations modernisation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across CISO level and enterprise security leadership
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent strongly preferred
