Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technology advisor to executives
• Lead discovery conversations with business stakeholders
• Understand business objectives and technology challenges
• Translate business needs into technology strategies
• Develop high-level solution architectures and roadmaps
• Present recommendations to VP and C-Suite audiences
• Lead technical discovery and solution workshops
• Partner with sales throughout the entire sales cycle
• Identify opportunities for technology modernization
• Connect technology investments to business outcomes
• Develop proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations
• Conduct executive-level technology presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists
• Stay current across emerging IT technologies
• Help customers evaluate competing technology approaches
• Provide consultative guidance rather than product-focused selling

Skills/Must Have:

• 7+ years of IT experience
• Strong presales or consulting background
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT
• Strong knowledge across infrastructure and cloud
• Understanding of networking and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Microsoft and cloud technologies
• Experience working with executive stakeholders
• Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience developing technology roadmaps
• Ability to lead executive-level conversations
• Comfortable operating as an IT generalist
• Strong understanding of business-driven technology decisions
• Ability to discuss technology without being overly technical
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships
