Solutions Architect - Systems Integrator

This role offers the opportunity for a client-facing Solutions Architect to lead presales engagements and design technology solutions aligned to customer business and technical goals. Working closely with Account Managers and Engineering teams, the position focuses on solution architecture, technical consulting, and communicating value to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to assess business and technical requirements.
• Architect and position infrastructure, storage, networking, cloud, and security solutions.
• Lead the technical sales process, including solution design, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Complete technical responses for RFIs and RFPs.
• Identify and remove technical obstacles within the sales cycle.
• Drive collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• Maintain partner certifications and stay aligned with go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in storage, backup, or cloud IaaS solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in technical B2B sales or consulting.
• Strong expertise in storage, backup, networking, virtualization, HPC, and cloud IaaS.
• Understanding of scoping, designing, and proposing enterprise solutions.
• Conceptual knowledge of telecom connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, and Azure-based solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Technical Certifications (Advanced Level Preferred in One or More)

Salary:

• $175,000 - $185,000
