Responsibilities:

  • Technical Delivery: Own end-to-end execution to improve agent success, latency, and reliability within the core platform.
  • Risk Management: Lead an "explore/exploit" model, utilising technical spikes and kill criteria to effectively de-risk R&D initiatives.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product and Research teams to validate complex use cases and steer the long-term AI roadmap.
  • Engineering Velocity: Drive the Developer Experience (DevEx) roadmap and CI/CD infrastructure to accelerate AI deployment cycles.
  • Talent Development: Actively mentor AI Engineers into technical leaders capable of owning and scaling complex agentic architectures.


Skills/Must have:

  • LLM Production: Proven experience shipping and running LLM-based systems in a production environment (not just internal prototypes).
  • Python Expertise: Production-grade Python engineering skills—you must be comfortable writing robust, scalable code beyond simple scripting.
  • Communication: Exceptional soft skills; as a senior leader, you must be able to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: A methodical approach to de-risking research and turning it into reliable software.
