Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site delivery of data center construction projects from a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent capacity
• Oversee overall field execution, coordinating across trades and disciplines rather than a single scope
• Manage schedule, quality, and safety across assigned projects
• Provide strong, visible leadership on site as the overall lead Superintendent

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 15-20 years of progressive construction industry experience with strong tenure history
• Recent, hands-on data center project experience with major clients
• Background with a General Contractor preferred; MEP subcontractor background considered
• Experience as the overall lead Superintendent, not a single-trade or assistant-level role
• Open to relocation and/or travel across projects and regions

Salary

• Up to $175,000
