A newly created opportunity exists for a Hardware Procurement Specialist to own hardware procurement across APAC, based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will support new data center deployments and existing sites, working directly with OEMs, ODMs, and leading technology vendors, with plenty of ownership in a fast-paced environment helping shape the supply chain behind a rapidly expanding global infrastructure platform.

Responsibilities:

• Own end to end procurement of servers, GPUs and supporting hardware across new data center builds and expansions in APAC  
• Work directly with OEMs, ODMs and hardware vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, availability and supply commitments  
• Manage hardware shortages, supplier escalations and cost optimization across multiple projects  
• Partner with engineering, logistics, finance and operations teams to keep hardware deliveries aligned with deployment schedules  
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track procurement progress, supplier performance, risks and key deadlines  
• Support operational data centers through stock planning and urgent hardware procurement to avoid disruption  

Skills/Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in server, GPU or data center hardware procurement  
• Strong hands on experience sourcing servers and high value compute hardware, ideally including GPUs  
• Direct experience working and negotiating with OEMs, ODMs and major technology vendors such as NVIDIA, AMD or Intel  
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, particularly around hardware availability, pricing and supply constraints  
• Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment with a high level of responsibility and ownership  
• Good understanding of technical infrastructure and experience working closely with engineering, logistics, finance and operations teams  
• Based in Singapore or able to work from Singapore

Salary:

• 170,000 SGD + performance bonus + RSUs
