The organization is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join a highly technical global environment, supporting a broad range of enterprise infrastructure and end-user technologies. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across Windows, Linux/Unix, networking, automation, communications platforms, end-user computing, and infrastructure projects. This will also present the opportunity to work closely with both technical and business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions while helping drive operational improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop, hardware, software, mobile device, AV, and end-user support across a global environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, Linux/Unix, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Support infrastructure projects, deployments, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
• Administer enterprise systems and contribute to improving reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and other tools.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology services and resolve issues.
• Participate in occasional out-of-hours support and project work when required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments, including Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies.
• Broad systems administration experience covering hardware, software, desktop, and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments is advantageous.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
