This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to focus on end-to-end technical project delivery. The role is primarily project-based, involving the design, implementation, and delivery of modern infrastructure solutions, alongside providing high-level technical support for complex escalations. You'll work within a specialist team supporting organisations across the mining and heavy industry sectors, with a hybrid working model and regular customer site visits across South East Queensland.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure projects
• Deploy and support Windows Server, VMware and Hyper V environments
• Implement routing, switching, wireless, VPN and firewall solutions
• Deliver infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations and technology modernisation projects
• Produce high quality technical documentation, solution designs and project handovers
• Mentor engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance
• Contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of AI driven technologies across project delivery

Skills/Must Have:

• Previous MSP experience delivering infrastructure projects
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
• Windows Server and virtualisation technologies
• Strong networking experience across routing, switching, wireless and firewalls
• Excellent customer facing communication and documentation skills
• Experience with automation, scripting or AI technologies is highly desirable
