Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users and devices.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune environments.
• Support virtualization platforms, networking infrastructure, and firewalls.
• Assist with security initiatives, system maintenance, documentation, and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.

Skills/Must Have:

• 3+ years of systems administration and desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, virtualization, and firewall administration.
• PowerShell scripting and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
