Keen to join a company that champions growth and development?

Join an early-stage infrastructure company operating in the AI space, backed by a leading accelerator and having raised $17.5M. The organisation has achieved over $500K in revenue within six months and is scaling rapidly with a small, high-performing team.

This company is looking for an engineer to work directly with the CTO on complex GPU virtualisation challenges. The role offers hands-on involvement with a production platform, providing the opportunity to work closely with the product and contribute to its continued growth without legacy system constraints.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity and apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on the core GPU virtualisation software, making GPUs significantly more efficient for cloud customers
  • You will be doing performance optimisation work at the lowest levels of the stack, where the gains are hardest to find and most impactful to the business
  • You will be owning production systems from day one and debugging complex issues across low-level networking, GPU drivers, and distributed systems
  • You will be researching and implementing approaches to oversubscription, checkpointing, and distributed GPU cluster management
  • You will be working directly with the CTO on cutting-edge systems problems that most engineering teams never encounter

Skills / Must Have:

  • Top 0.1% C++ ability, elite Rust considered for the right candidate
  • Strong low-level systems background in production, not just academic or side-project work
  • Top CS programme graduate with a 3.7+ GPA
  • Experience with performance optimisation, low-level networking, or systems debugging under real production conditions
  • No visa sponsorship available

Desirable Skills:

  • Background from a trading firm or high-performance systems environment, Citadel, Jane Street, HRT, or equivalent
  • Experience with GPU drivers, virtualisation, or distributed systems at the hardware-software boundary

Benefits:

  • Base salary $170K to $250K, flexible to $300K for exceptional candidates
  • Meaningful early-stage equity
  • On-site in San Francisco

Salary:

  • $170,000 to $250,000 base, flexible upward for the right person
