Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft environments.
• Troubleshoot servers, networking and cloud technologies.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.
• Produce clear technical documentation.
• Visit client sites across Sydney when required.

Skills/Must Have:

• 2 to 4+ years' experience within an MSP.
• Strong Microsoft infrastructure experience.
• Good networking fundamentals.
• Passion for learning and progressing technically.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Current Australian Driver's License.
