Responsibilities: 

• Manage and support all hardware infrastructure, ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Oversee system performance, maintenance, and upgrades across HP and Windows environments.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support to internal teams.
• Contribute to system improvements, automation, and process optimization.
• Assist with software deployments, virtualization, and occasional cloud-related tasks.

Skills / Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience in hardware support and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of HP systems and Windows Server environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks within a small, agile team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with VMware, Cloud platforms, or Storage technologies.
