Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of cloud and operations engineers
• Own and improve Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
• Drive automation initiatives using Python, scripting, and infrastructure tooling
• Support and optimize Windows/Linux systems, networking, backups, patching, and monitoring
• Act as a senior escalation point across infrastructure and cloud operations
• Collaborate with development teams on deployments, CI/CD, and platform reliability
• Improve operational processes, documentation, security posture, and system performance
• Assist with project delivery, platform improvements, and technical roadmap planning

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong hands on Azure infrastructure experience across multiple services
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or guiding engineers technically
• Strong automation and scripting experience with Python or PowerShell
• Experience working across hybrid cloud and on premises environments
• Strong Windows and Linux administration exposure
• Understanding of networking, identity, security, and infrastructure best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern operational tooling highly regarded
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
