- Provide realistic, prioritised recommendations to reduce risk, drawing on cyber resilience scoring and NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework outputs
- Act as escalation point for client concerns, coordinating internal resources to resolve issues quickly
- Stay current on the evolving threat landscape and service roadmap to keep client advice relevant
- Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio, including renewals, retention and account health against revenue and churn targets

- Lead or support commercial negotiations across pricing, scope changes and contract terms
- Maintain accurate account plans, renewal forecasts and pipeline data within CRM, and report regularly on account performance

- Track and drive client satisfaction and retention metrics (NPS, renewal rate), owning remediation plans where accounts are at risk
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring services are configured, documented and the commercial relationship starts on a strong footing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TAM processes, reporting templates and playbooks
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience in a technical account management, customer success or client-facing commercial role within cyber security, managed IT services or a related technical industry
- Track record of owning commercial account outcomes, renewals, retention, upsell/cross-sell or revenue growth, alongside technical relationship management
- Strong working knowledge of core security domains: SOC operations, vulnerability and threat exposure management, incident response, and frameworks such as NCSC CAF, ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials
- Comfortable interpreting technical security data and translating it into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences including senior leadership

- A front-row seat to a broad managed security services portfolio backed by a 24/7/365 UK-based SOC, threat intelligence, incident response and compliance support, keeping your knowledge sharp and your client advice relevant.
- A clear path into senior account or commercial leadership, with investment in professional development including training and certification support, and a collaborative, inclusive culture to grow in.
