The company is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the administration, engineering, security, and continuous improvement of Microsoft and hybrid infrastructure environments. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, infrastructure strategy, and operational oversight across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, virtualization, security, and enterprise data center technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor infrastructure and cloud engineering resources.
- Provide technical direction for enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 GCC High administration and security.
- Design and support hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Conditional Access.
- Oversee Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, and App Services.
- Lead Microsoft security and compliance initiatives involving Defender, DLP, Information Protection, and Purview.
- Manage VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization environments.
- Oversee enterprise data center technologies and infrastructure platforms.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam.
- Ensure availability and performance of core infrastructure services.
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring issues.
- Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams on security initiatives.
- Oversee vulnerability assessments, remediation, and infrastructure security improvements.
- Drive cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and improve technical processes, standards, and documentation.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and infrastructure best practices.
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and critical incidents.
- Support infrastructure operations across multiple locations as required.
Skills/Must have:
- 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong Microsoft 365 GCC High experience.
- Strong Microsoft Azure administration experience.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory knowledge.
- Strong PowerShell and automation experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft security and compliance technologies.
- Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery.
- Veeam Backup & Replication experience preferred.
- Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Experience with cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure deployments.
- Experience leading technical teams or infrastructure projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in mission-critical environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Salary:
- $130,000 - $150,000
