An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Program Manager to lead infrastructure-focused data centre projects in Israel from early planning through delivery, including sites still in construction. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in physical infrastructure, stakeholder management, and programme delivery, taking end-to-end ownership across technical planning, KPIs, contractors, and site execution, working within an international environment alongside teams across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data center infrastructure projects from initial planning through delivery and launch
• Build project plans, define milestones, establish KPIs, and monitor delivery progress
• Coordinate technical stakeholders, construction partners, vendors, contractors, data center teams, and wider business functions
• Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered to required technical, operational, and quality standards
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, escalation paths, and delivery issues across the project lifecycle
• Provide clear direction and coordination to keep teams aligned on immediate and longer-term work
• Oversee technical delivery at programme level, without needing to be the most hands-on person on-site
• Support multiple site projects and travel within Israel as needs evolve
• Help shape and scale data center capability as the local footprint grows

Skills/Must Have:

• Strong background as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or infrastructure-focused Project Manager
• Experience leading projects in physical infrastructure, hardware, data center, construction, telecoms, or similarly technical environments
• Data center experience strongly preferred; exceptional physical infrastructure experience may be considered without direct data center background
• Must have exposure to real-world infrastructure and hardware delivery — not solely cloud, SaaS, software, or high-level programme management backgrounds
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, manage stakeholders, define KPIs, and navigate complex dependencies
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Israeli citizen/local candidate; relocation not available
• Open to daily travel between sites

Salary:
