This opportunity is for a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex satellite programs, working closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest technical standards. The role is best suited to candidates with a strong satellite engineering background who have transitioned into, or are looking to move into, technical program management while maintaining close involvement with satellite development.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a senior point of coordination across technical teams to ensure program milestones are met on time and to specification
• Proactively identifying risks, blockers, and delivery gaps and driving resolution before they impact program timelines
• Maintaining a clear and accurate picture of program status and communicating this effectively to senior leadership
• Supporting the planning and scheduling of complex, multi-workstream satellite development programs
• Ensuring rigorous program governance and process adherence across all active workstreams
• Acting as a key liaison between engineering, operations, and leadership functions

Skills/Must Have:

• Demonstrable background in the satellite sector, in an engineering, systems, or technical operations capacity
• Some formal or informal experience in technical program management, project management, or delivery ownership
• Right to work in Luxembourg with the ability to relocate and be based there permanently
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across technical workstreams
• Credible and confident when engaging with senior engineers and technical leadership

Desirable Skills:

• Formal program or project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Experience on end-to-end satellite development programs
• Exposure to payload, platform, or ground segment development environments
