The role is responsible for overseeing the full deployment lifecycle, ensuring successful program execution while aligning project delivery with client and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Roadmapping
- Lead the development of program roadmaps (H1/H2 planning cycles), including resource allocation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Define project scope, estimate effort, and develop roadmap initiatives
- Facilitate the Tactical Plan of Record (TPOR) process — a 12-month execution plan for network topology readiness
- Establish OKRs and define clear, measurable success criteria using the OKR framework
- Program Oversight & Governance
- Own end-to-end delivery of data center network deployment programs, including new builds, retrofits, and special initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain program trackers, reporting dashboards, and executive status documentation
- Project Intake & Resource Coordination
- Manage project intake, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and priorities
- Oversee accurate and timely hardware Bill of Materials (BOM) ordering
- Track hardware delivery to Site Delivery Facilities (SDF) and ensure readiness milestones are met
- Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, and business teams
- Resolve escalations, align priorities, and drive consensus across stakeholders
- Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify risks, SEVs, and blockers; maintain and manage risk registers
- Lead post-incident and lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Change Management & Process Improvement
- Oversee BOM changes, design updates, and scope modifications
- Develop and implement standardized documentation, training materials, and communication processes
- Reporting & Executive Communication
- Prepare and deliver program status updates, executive summaries, and leadership readouts
- Ensure clear visibility into program health, risks, and delivery milestones
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor PMs, PCs, and new team members within the organization
- Lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and knowledge transfer initiatives
- Project Types Managed
- New Builds: Deployment of networks in new data center facilities
- Retrofits: Upgrades to existing infrastructure, including end-of-life hardware replacements
- Special Projects: Unique or one-off network initiatives (e.g., AI-specific zones)
- Rack Refresh & Augments: Capacity expansion or hardware refresh in existing environments
- Decommissioning: Retirement and removal of legacy network equipment
Skills/Must Have:
- 10+ years in Program Management
- Technical backround
- PMP
- DC Hyperscaler experience
