The organisation is in the search for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Network and Data Centre Infrastructure Programmes across the JAPAC region. This is a highly visible regional role responsible for driving strategic infrastructure initiatives spanning network capacity, hardware deployment, data centre expansion and colocation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, governance and delivery of large-scale Network and Data Centre Infrastructure Programmes across the JAPAC region.
• Oversee multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives supporting network capacity expansion, hardware deployments, data centre growth and colocation infrastructure.
• Partner with Network Engineering, Data Centre Operations, Construction, Supply Chain and external infrastructure partners to coordinate complex cross-functional programmes and manage delivery dependencies.
• Develop programme roadmaps, project charters, governance frameworks, resource plans and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure technical, operational and regional requirements are successfully incorporated into programme delivery.
• Track programme milestones, monitor progress against delivery plans and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Identify technical, construction and operational risks, proactively managing escalations and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful programme outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, providing regular programme updates, executive reporting and clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Coordinate geographically distributed teams across multiple countries, balancing competing priorities and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process optimisation and programme management best practices.
• Utilise project management platforms and AI productivity tools to improve programme visibility, reporting and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience delivering complex infrastructure programmes or large-scale projects within network infrastructure, data centres, hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programmes involving engineering, operations, construction and business stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, server and hardware deployments, data centre environments and infrastructure capacity programmes.
• Experience delivering programmes involving network capacity expansion, hardware deployments, data centre builds, infrastructure upgrades or colocation environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate geographically distributed teams without direct line management responsibility.
• Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, dependency management and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet or similar.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Gemini, Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance programme delivery is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline. PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are highly regarded.
